Ahmad is the Head of Human Resources Sector at one of the organizations affiliated with the Arab League. He holds a Master of Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
He has Over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. He has held multiple leadership positions in HR and Shared Services, including: Vice President of Human Resources and Training at STC Kuwait, Executive Director of Human Resources and Training at the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Services at several companies wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and General Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Defense.
He is also a career Mentor for final-year students at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Moreover, he is a specialized writer in the field of Human Capital, with numerous participations as a speaker in conferences dedicated to Human Resources.
