With over 19 years of experience & exposure to ADNOC Group Human Capital scope, Mr. Ahmed is a visionary & highly driven leader who is overseeing the region’s large-scale HC Shared Services implementation across ADNOC Group covering various HC services.

Mr. Ahmed has a customer centric mindset, focused on elevating service excellence and quality, whilst ensuring operations optimum efficiency. He demonstrates his high leadership skills of stakeholder’s management, communications, & team building throughout his various HC transformational projects.

He is a strong advocate of employee experience and collaborative organizational culture sponsoring key employee engagement projects, HC brand & culture stream, along with establishment and implementation of first comprehensive Alumni programs and initiatives in the region.

His educational background includes Executive Business Administration Masters from Strathclyde University & ADNOC Executive Development Program Certificate from Harvard Business School.
