Previously Director of Human Resources at the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority, Haifa led a team dedicated to modernizing HR processes, driving employee engagement, and aligning operations with national strategic goals. Haifa\u2019s career spans leadership roles at Etihad Rail, UAE Space Agency, and Emirates Identity Authority, where she distinguished herself in talent management, Emiratization, and digital transformation initiatives. Today, she serves as Head of the Corporate Support Sector at the United Arab Emirates Accountability Authority. An MBA in Human Resources, diploma in Women\u2019s Leadership, certified Management Consultant, and graduate of the IMD Leadership Program, Haifa has been recognized for her contributions to HR innovation and talent development.
