TAQA\u2019s Generation Business. In this role, she oversees the human resources department, including the strategic oversight on initiatives for cultivating a high-performance culture, promoting employee engagement and driving the implementation of human resources\u2019 policies and procedures across TAQA\u2019s Generation portfolio of assets and operating companies globally. Prior to her role at TAQA, Mrs. Albakeri was Vice President of Human Resources at the National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed) where she was awarded the Excellence in Human Resources &#8211; Best Execution of a Business Continuity Plan by Future Workplace, a prestigious regional benchmark for outstanding achievements contributing to the growth and development of the Middle East HR industry. She previously held roles with Advanced Military Maintenance Repair &amp; Overhaul Center (AMMROC) and ADNOC Distribution.<\/p><p>Mrs. Albakeri holds an Executive Master\u2019s degree in Change (EMC) from INSEAD, a master\u2019s degree in Public Administration from Zayed University and Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Zayed University.
