whole value chain of Oil and Gas, apart from retail experiences. Her portfolio includes board and executive rewards, employee rewards, talent management, strategy, benefits, international mobility, and support on M&amp;A. She manages Executive Performance measurements to ensure linking to business outcomes, shareholder expectations and role remits. Currently, she is spearheading a multimillion-dollar program in enhancing the market competitiveness of companies within the ADNOC value chain. She manages stakeholders within and outside the ADNOC value chain who are currently in key decision-making roles within the Government of Abu Dhabi. She also manages stakeholders across borders to ensure ADNOC\u2019s case for value creation is intact.
