Her career spans private enterprises, publicly listed companies, government entities, and multinational corporations- equipping her with a combination of strategic foresight, adaptability, and cross-sector expertise across banking, real estate, education, tourism, retail, and city development<\/p><p>Currently serving as <strong>Executive Director of People Strategy &amp; Planning<\/strong> at NEOM, Esraa is at the forefront of shaping NEOM\u2019s human capital agenda to power one of the most ambitious projects in the world.<\/p><p>Previously, as <strong>Chief People Officer of IKEA Saudi Arabia and Bahrain<\/strong>, Esraa led a full HR transformation that drove measurable impact on profitability, culture, and workforce continuity. At the <strong>Ministry of Tourism<\/strong>, she spearheaded the HR transformation critical to the Kingdom\u2019s tourism ambitions.<\/p><p>Earlier in her career, she shaped talent strategy at <strong>Emaar, The Economic City (KAEC) as Head of Talent Management,<\/strong> overseeing acquisition, organizational development, and performance management.<\/p><p>Esraa was named among the <em>Top 50 Influential HR Leaders in the Middle East by The Economic Times<\/em>, recognized among the <em>Top 10 Female HR Leaders in Saudi Arabia, and honored by Business Chief Magazine<\/em> as one of the Kingdom\u2019s leading female HR executives.<\/p><p>Esraa brings deep expertise in HR strategy, enterprise-wide change management, leadership development, and C-suite succession planning.
