at the Ministry of Investment. With 15 years of experience in Human Resource Development and training consulting, she has led and designed large-scale national projects focused on upskilling, reskilling, employment, and human capital development. Prior to her current role, she worked with Elm Company and the Institute of Public Administration.<br \/><br \/>Dr. Nada holds both a bachelor&#8217;s and a master&#8217;s degree in human resources management and earned her PhD in Human Resources Management from King Saud University.
