the UAE\u2019s promising young leaders, he received the\u00a0<em>Best Young Leader Award<\/em>\u00a0from the Ministry of Interior in 2023 and has contributed to Ajman Police\u2019s success in winning over 58 local and international awards. His expertise spans strategic planning, innovation in policing, artificial intelligence applications, and organizational excellence.<\/p><p>A certified lecturer at both the Ministry of Interior and Ajman Police, Captain Al Nuaimi has published award-winning research and actively represents the UAE in excellence and innovation forums.
