With nearly five years at X0PA AI, Prash has progressively advanced from Customer Success Manager to his current leadership role, managing sales, marketing, inside sales, and customer success teams while executing strategies that maximize ARR targets and minimize churn.<\/p><p>A proud Singaporean who served in the Singapore Police Force and earned commendations during the Little India Riot, Prash brings a unique blend of service excellence and commercial acumen to his role. His career spans customer success leadership at innovative AI-powered SaaS companies including impress.ai and Repro Inc., where he specialized in client relationship management and solution consulting across APAC markets.
