Date and Setting

When and where will the 2025 GOV HR and GOV Youth Empowerment Summit take place?

The 2025 GOV HR and GOV Youth Empowerment Summit and Awards will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Residences Emirates Pearl in the Al Bateen Ballroom located on B1 floor of the hotel.

Are we required to stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel Residences and Emirates Pearl if we come to Abu Dhabi for the event?

No, you are not required to stay at the hotel to attend the awards ceremony.

How may we purchase tickets for the event?

The GOV HR and GOV Youth Summit and Award winners may purchase tickets for the 23rd October awards gala by first logging into their on the GOV HR Summit Awards website. If necessary, we can place an offline ticket order for you – email us at zara@gccgovhrawards.us8.cdn-alpha.comabout that.

Who May Attend

Who may attend the GOV HR and GOV Youth Summit and Award?

Any individual or organization working in the private/ public / government sector in the GCC region may purchase tickets, but typically only the GOV HR and GOV Youth Summit and Award and the team who have registered may attend.

Are the GOV HR and GOV Youth Summit and Award winners required to attend the event?

No, the GOV HR and GOV Youth Summit and Award winners are not required to attend the 23rd October awards gala in Abu Dhabi. Winners who cannot attend can either collect their awards or will be shipped their awards after the event.

23rd October Awards Banquet

What is the attire for the banquet?

The requested attire is national, formal business suit. But please do wear whatever is considered formal attire in your culture.

Are tickets required for the banquet?

Yes, all attendees must have registered for admittance.

How will we receive our purchased tickets?

All tickets will be held for pickup from the registration desk on the day of the event. Tickets are in the form of registered badges with the delegates’ names and company details.

How Awards Will Be Presented

In what order will organizations be called to the stage?

Organizations will be called to the stage in the order in which the awards are presented, with the individual awards followed by the organizational award.

How will winners be called to the stage to accept their awards?

Each organization in attendance will be called to the stage by their name and the name of the person if winning individual category awards, organizational category winners are called out with the company name receiving the award with a beautiful backdrop showcasing the winners.

Who will present our awards to us on stage?

Either one of the judges from the judging committee/ Owners of QNA international/ by one of our esteemed honorable excellencies from around the GCC.

Will we be able to make an acceptance speech after accepting our awards?

No. Each organization will receive the award on stage and no acceptance speech will be made. You can give us a video testimonial and post the awards.

Live Broadcast

Will the awards presentations be broadcast?

Yes, the presentations will be recorded, and the video will be shared with the attendees. No LIVE broadcast of the event.

Photography and Videography

Will there be still photographers at the 23rd October event?

We will have two still photographers at the event. They will take candid photos during the pre-lunch reception. One photographer will photograph all on-stage awards presentations. The other photographer will work on the red-carpet area all evening, photographing the GOV HR and GOV Youth Summit and Award winners with their awards.

When and how will photographs of the event will be made available?

By 19 October the photographs will be uploaded to the QnA International Flickr page. The photographs will be freely available and may be used however you’d like. When available you’ll find a link to the photographs HERE

Will the awards presentations be videotaped?

One videographer will record all on-stage awards presentations.

If You Cannot Attend

What should we do if our organization cannot attend the 23rd October awards gala?

We request them to collect the award from our office 508 Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit Card and Bank Transfer Payments. If you wish to change your payment method after you have submitted your entries, please write a quick note to awards@gccgovhrawards.us8.cdn-alpha.com with our Awards Experts for more information.

Does the entry fee cover all my entries?

The entry fee is charged per individual entry, i.e. one piece of work entered in a single category.

I have submitted my entries, what happens next?

After submission, each entry is reviewed by our Awards experts before it is presented to the Jury. Please make sure that the Entry Contact is ready to be contacted by our team if we have any need for clarification about your entry.

Can I withdraw my entry?

To request a withdrawal, please email with your entry number and title.

When do I find out if my work has been shortlisted or awarded?

Shortlists will be announced here on 10th October 2025.
Winners will be announced at the date of award ceremony on 23rd October 2025.

What does the nomination fee include?

The fee is only for submitting your nominations.

Is there a registration charge to attend the award ceremony?

Yes, there is a charge of USD 995 per person to attend the award ceremony including the awards banquet.

What is the seating arrangement? Should we book a table to attend the award ceremony & the conference?

Yes, you can book a table for you and your team for both award & conference
