Ayesha Al Hammadi is an accomplished people and culture executive with extensive industry experience spanning the full oil and gas value chain, complemented by experience in the retail sector. Throughout her career at ADNOC, she has built a broad leadership portfolio covering board and executive rewards, employee rewards, talent management, strategy, benefits, international mobility and support for mergers and acquisitions.
In her current role as Executive Vice President, Group People and Culture, Ayesha leads ADNOC’s people and culture agenda, aligning workforce priorities with the Group’s business strategy and transformation ambitions. Her remit brings together key areas including talent, performance, rewards, organizational capability and employee experience, with a focus on building a high-performing, future-ready organization and enabling ADNOC’s people to contribute at their best.
Ayesha also oversees executive performance measurement to ensure strong alignment with business outcomes, shareholder expectations and leadership accountabilities. She is spearheading a multimillion-dollar program designed to enhance the market competitiveness of companies across the ADNOC value chain, supporting continued growth, efficiency and long-term value creation.
She works closely with senior stakeholders within and beyond the ADNOC value chain, including key decision-makers across the Government of Abu Dhabi, and engages stakeholders internationally to safeguard ADNOC’s strategic positioning and value-creation case.
