Chris Roebuck

Chris Roebuck is a Global Transformational Leader, Economist, and keynote speaker, renowned for his expertise in leadership and organizational growth. He has served as a leader and developed leaders in the military, business and Government.  As an honoured academic, Chris has served as Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Bayes Business School and now on the International Advisory Board of UCL School of Management. UCL is ranked as the 8th best global university.

He was recognized ten times as one of the HR Most Influential Thinkers and has recently been inducted into the prestigious HR Most Influential Hall of Fame, he is frequently cited in leading global media including Financial Times, Wall Street Journal. He is the BBCs “go to” business leadership expert with over 240 interviews to date.

He plays an important role in shaping the future of people-focused leadership , over his 40+ years experience in guiding public, private, and non‐profit organisations toward outstanding performance, Chris Roebuck has held senior positions, including Global Head of Leadership at UBS and Head of Management Development at HSBC. His work has even been featured in a Harvard Business School case study.

Through his insights he continues to inspire leaders around the world to achieve measurable success and focus on human-centered change & remains committed to developing entrepreneurial leadership, which he first introduced into the business world, and enabling organisations to thrive in both stable and uncertain times.
