Currently serving as Executive Director of People Strategy & Planning at NEOM, Esraa is at the forefront of shaping NEOM’s human capital agenda to power one of the most ambitious projects in the world.
Previously, as Chief People Officer of IKEA Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Esraa led a full HR transformation that drove measurable impact on profitability, culture, and workforce continuity. At the Ministry of Tourism, she spearheaded the HR transformation critical to the Kingdom’s tourism ambitions.
Earlier in her career, she shaped talent strategy at Emaar, The Economic City (KAEC) as Head of Talent Management, overseeing acquisition, organizational development, and performance management.
Esraa was named among the Top 50 Influential HR Leaders in the Middle East by The Economic Times, recognized among the Top 10 Female HR Leaders in Saudi Arabia, and honored by Business Chief Magazine as one of the Kingdom’s leading female HR executives.
