Haifa Mohammed Ali Al Shimmari is a seasoned HR leader with 20 years of experience in transforming administrative and human capital strategies within the UAE’s public sector. She is known for her ability to lead with both vision and impact, consistently advancing organizational excellence. Previously Director of Human Resources at the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority, Haifa led a team dedicated to modernizing HR processes, driving employee engagement, and aligning operations with national strategic goals. Haifa’s career spans leadership roles at Etihad Rail, UAE Space Agency, and Emirates Identity Authority, where she distinguished herself in talent management, Emiratization, and digital transformation initiatives. Today, she serves as Head of the Corporate Support Sector at the United Arab Emirates Accountability Authority. An MBA in Human Resources, diploma in Women’s Leadership, certified Management Consultant, and graduate of the IMD Leadership Program, Haifa has been recognized for her contributions to HR innovation and talent development.
