As Market Leader for KSA & Key Markets, Faisel is responsible for developing Mercer Talent Enterprise’s presence in KSA and other key markets. With a Master of International Business from the University of Wollongong, Australia, Faisel has spent the last 17 years working in the Middle East, UK & Asia Pacific, where he brings his vast experience in the areas of recruitment, talent management and rewards.

His clients include large government institutions and private sector organizations, in aviation, healthcare, and banking, where he is involved in workforce transformation projects working closely with C-Level Executives and Senior HR Leaders advising them on key people decisions.

When not at work, Faisel loves watching his favorite team (Aston Villa) and sampling some of the best restaurants in the city.
