Hend has an extensive HR experience in different sectors include aviation and banking crafting comprehensive Talent Strategies and Heading HR function over last 25 years. She leverages her extensive experience to empower business and talents, led the Culture and People transformation agenda in BDB last 3 years, with evident result exceeded the expectations.
Before joining BDB she worked for Bahrain Airport Company as Vice President of HR and Admin, in this role I contributed heavily in restructuring aviation sector and worked with BAC team to deliver Bahrain International Airport new terminal expansion project.
Her contributions have earned BDB widespread recognition, including the prestigious “Middle East Best Engagement Program” award by The Asian Bankers and “HR Innovation Award, runner-up” by Bahrain Society for Human Capital. A fervent advocate for women and youth empowerment, I led the agenda and committees “Youth Committee and Equal Opportunity Committee”.
