Iman Khalid Al Marzouqi is Group Chief Support Services Officer at Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC, leading the Group’s Legal, Human Resources, Procurement, IT, Governance, and Administration functions. A licensed UAE Federal Courts Advocate with more than 24 years of executive experience, she has held senior roles across leading UAE private organisations, driving large-scale transformation, governance, and operational excellence.
She combines legal expertise with strategic leadership, advising boards and executive committees on governance, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and organisational effectiveness, delivering measurable impact through multi-billion-dirham portfolio management, corporate restructuring, and enterprise-wide support services integration.
Iman holds a Master of Juridical Studies from Zayed University, where her research examined artificial intelligence in the corporate governance of UAE public joint-stock companies, and is pursuing a PhD in Commercial Law.
