She has over 15 years of experience in human capital, organizational development, talent management, corporate transformation, and shared services, having held senior leadership positions across ADNOC Gas and Borouge. Throughout her career, she has led major organizational transformation initiatives, including large-scale integration programs, operating model redesign, digital enablement, talent development frameworks, succession planning, workforce optimization, and enterprise service transformation.
