Manish is an HR leader with over 25 years of experience and currently serves as the Group Head – HR Transformation, Digital & Analytics at Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), Dubai He works closely with C-suite leaders, CEO and the Board focusing strategically on HR Transformation, Organizational Design, Total Rewards & Succession Management.
Manish has worked with organizations such as TATA STEEL, Larsen Toubro (L&T), Mazrui Holdings, Hay Group(Now Korn Ferry). He has led and consulted on HR transformation initiatives for more than 75 renowned organizations across diverse sectors in the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia, including Mubadala, ADNOC, Abu Dhabi Investment Council, Etisalat, Du Telecom, numerous banks, authorities, councils, and holding companies.
A recognized thought leader in HR’s digital transformation and the future of work, Manish is a member of the Forbes HR Council, contributing to the global dialogue on reshaping HR in the digital age. His insights and expertise are widely shared through keynote presentations at all major HR conferences and published in various media.
Manish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR) from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD and Post Graduate Program in Digital Transformation from Purdue University.
His contributions to the HR industry have earned him recognition as one of the “50 Most Influential HR Leaders in the Middle East” in 2022, 2023 and 2024
