Dr. Nada Alhassan is the Director of Training and Development at the Ministry of Investment. With 15 years of experience in Human Resource Development and training consulting, she has led and designed large-scale national projects focused on upskilling, reskilling, employment, and human capital development. Prior to her current role, she worked with Elm Company and the Institute of Public Administration.
Dr. Nada holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in human resources management and earned her PhD in Human Resources Management from King Saud University. She has served as a subject matter expert, providing consultancy services to various government entities, and has delivered executive training programs for government employees.
