Nouf Al Sowaidi

Nouf Al Sowaidi is a visionary in human resources with over 20 years of experience across various industries, including oil and gas, the public sector, finance, telecommunications, and aviation. In her current role, Nouf is responsible for setting and implementing Bapco Energies’ Human Resources strategy as well as its subsidiaries while ensuring active synergy with all human resources practices across the Group.

Nouf’s leadership journey began in the early 2000s as HR Manager at Zain Bahrain, followed by roles at Allianz Takaful, Standard Chartered Bank, Mumtalakat, and Gulf Air. During her career, Nouf has been pivotal in establishing and restructuring HR departments and policies.

She holds a Master of Management Research from the University of Bradford, an MBA in Human Resources from NYIT, and a B.Sc. in Management and Marketing from the University of Bahrain
