Captain Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Sultan Al Nuaimi is a young leader at the UAE Ministry of Interior’s Ajman Police General Headquarters and Youth Council member. His expertise spans leadership, institutional excellence, innovation, artificial intelligence, and strategic planning. He contributed to the Youth Council Strategy 2023–2026 and the Innovation Policy for Young Talents, and led the Excellence Awards Branch, advancing local, regional, and international participation and achievements. He later led the Investigation and Criminal Research Branch at Al Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station.
He holds a Master’s degree from Australia and is pursuing a PhD at Victoria University. Among the youngest accredited officers lecturing Police College students, he teaches leadership, innovation, strategic planning, and policing AI. He is a certified Government Excellence assessor who has evaluated government entities.
His honours include the GCC Youth Icon Award 2025, Parasuraman Scientific Research Award, Best Officer – Youth Category at the Commander-in-Chief Awards 2023, and the Innovation Medal, recognising his leadership, research, and innovation contributions.
